As part of our 30 Day Guarantee you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it. Before returning an item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
As well as sending back the item(s) we also require requests for item swap(s) and/or refunds to be sent to us via email.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your refund is on its way, providing the item has been returned unused and in the same saleable condition in which it was received, with the labels still intact. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
